From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I was warmly welcomed with genuine hospitality. A special mention to Paula at the front desk, who was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. My room was beautifully decorated, combining classic Andalusian charm with modern luxury. It was spotless, spacious, and had a lovely balcony with a stunning city view. During my stay, I had to change rooms due to some construction work happening next door. However, the hotel staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. Manuel personally assisted with my room transfer, ensuring everything was seamless, and to my surprise, they left a bottle of champagne in my new room as a thoughtful gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. This level of customer service truly impressed me and showed their commitment to guest satisfaction. The hotel’s location was unbeatable, within walking distance of Seville’s main attractions like the Cathedral, Alcázar, and Plaza de España. Additionally, some of the best places to eat in the city were just a short stroll away, from traditional tapas bars to fine dining restaurants. It was the perfect base to explore the city’s vibrant food scene. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering breathtaking views of Seville’s skyline—perfect for unwinding with a drink in the evening. Every detail, from the comfort of the bed to the attentiveness of the staff, made my stay exceptional. Overall, the Hotel staff exceeded my expectations in every way. Paula and Manuel, along with the rest of the team, made my stay truly special. The way they handled the room change demonstrated their dedication to guest experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended

Excellent location, and the staff are so helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Very nice stay.
